These are made the with the same blend of flours as our sugar cookies but with cinnamon. This cookie is a chewy cookie with just the right amount of crisp around the edges. They are perfectly soft while still being just firm enough to stay together. They have a melt in your mouth buttery cinnamon sweet feeling while chewing.
